Thordur has been a chef for over 30 years, working in some of Iceland’s finest restaurants alongside the country’s top culinary talents, including award-winning chefs. His expertise and competitive spirit have placed him among the best in the industry.
He has served as a manager for ISS Catering Service in Iceland, part of the world’s largest catering company. Additionally, he has held the position of Head Chef for airline catering for many years, overseeing meals for both private and commercial airlines.

Guðni Rúnar Skúlason
As the CEO and owner, Guðni brings over 15 years of deep expertise in airport catering, ground handling, and FBO operations. He previously managed one of Iceland’s prominent catering companies, which further solidified his reputation for leadership and excellence in the field.
Known for his positive, solution-driven approach, Guðni always embraces challenges with a glass-half-full outlook. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man who values balancing his professional life with his love for his wife and children.
